Description: Rosa canina is a shrub that has distinct pink flowers, where the fruits are reddish-orange in colour.

Characteristics: A pale to deep golden, amber liquid with the aroma that is mildly sweet and earthy.

  • Oleic Acid (30.8%)
  • Linoleic Acid (51.5%)
  • Linolenic Acid (6.8%)
  • Stearic Acid (3.1%)

Cautions:

Storage: It is advisable to store cold-pressed carrier oils in a cool, dark location to preserve their freshness and ensure maximum shelf life. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery if you would like to return or exchange any of the items in your order. You must contact us before shipping your order back. Delivery date is determined by the date your tracking information says it was delivered.

We are able to accept unopened/unused items for return within 15 days of being shipped that have their original label, and safety seal intact. Once a product has been opened or altered in any way it cannot be returned. Sale, sample, or discounted items are not eligible for return. All returns need to be approved by management.

If the item you would like to return meets our requirements, please contact us at storemanager@plantspower.ca. A representative will followup with you.

When returning a item, please ensure that it is packaged with the same care it arrived to you. In the event that the return item arrives to us damaged we will not be able to provide any refund.

We do not refund shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. We require that you provide a tracking number for all return items.

Once your return arrives to our warehouse and the item has been assessed, you will receive an email notification through our online store that a refund has been issued.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $10.00 or 20%, whichever is a greater amount.

Our Location

All orders are processed, fulfilled, shipped from our head office/production facility located at 1200 Aerowood Drive Unit 36, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L4W 2S7. We do not utilize alternate shipping locations or drop shipping methods.

 

Local In-Store Pickup

Customers have the option to place orders online for in-store pickup. If you select this option during the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email upon successful order submission. The processing time for in-store pickup ranges from 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Processing time refers to the number of days required for our team to fulfill the order. A subsequent email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions for more details.

 

 

Shipping 

Domestic (Canada)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout: Shipping rates are automatically determined by a postal service application, which calculates the cost based on the specified dimensions, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Shipping timelines vary based on location and type of service selected. Shipping timelines are estimations. 
  • We must be notified if additional insurance coverage is required. Otherwise, products will be shipped without insurance.
  • If you reside in a high-risk area, please consider adding a signature requirement to your order when you place your order, especially if you reside in a high-risk area. Contact us to add this layer of protection before placing your order, but please note that there will be an additional fee.

International & U.S.A

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout: Shipping rates are automatically determined by a postal service application, which calculates the cost based on the specified dimensions, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Shipping timelines vary based on location and type of service selected. All international orders are shipped with Canada’s national postal service Canada Post.

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to help you avoid any unforeseen charges.

  • We ship to all countries that accept imports from Canada.

  • Small Packet USA-Air and Small Packet International-Air/Surface do not come with tracking numbers. We are unable to track either of those shipping methods. We are not liable for packages shipped with Small Package USA-Air, or Small Packet International-Air/Surface. We will not accept returns for orders shipped with Small Packet -Air, Small Packet -USA/Air and Small Packet International-Air/Surface.

  • We must be notified if additional insurance coverage is required. Otherwise, products will be shipped without insurance.
  • If you reside in a area that is high-risk to theft, please consider adding a  signature requirement when you place your order. Contact us to add this layer of protection before placing your order, but please note that there will be an additional fee.

Carrier

At check-out you be able to select from a variety of shipping carriers. Carriers available within Canada are: Purolator, Fedex, and Canada Post. Alongside of each carrier will be their estimated transit time. All PO.Box shipments will ship with Canada Post. All international shipments will ship with Canada Post. Please note we reserve the right to right to change the courier for your order.

To make a special request to ship with another carrier, please contact us at storemanager@plantspower.ca with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate. We are not responsible for any shipments arranged by our customers.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking link to update. However, Small Packet USA-Air and Small Packet International-Air/Surface do not come with tracking numbers. We are unable to track either of those shipping methods.

Delays

Our team always works hard to ship quickly and include extra touches of care in packing, but delays are always a possibility when shipping. Common causes for delays include:

  • Carrier backlogs (especially during the holidays)

  • Postal Service strikes – Canada Post is currently on strike
  • Weather/natural events (Weather based delays are common from December to March)

  • Canada/U.S.A boarder relations ie, changes to tariffs

Plant’s Power is not responsible for delays experienced once we have shipped the package and we recommend contacting the carrier directly for any questions about delivery.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Always double check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are happy to work with you to ship the package back out, but a additional shipping charge will be required.

Please note that we are unable to modify addresses or cancel orders once the package has been received by the shipping carrier.

Lost & Damaged Packages

If your order appears lost in transit:

If your order was delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check the perimeter of your home.

  • Check for a delivery notice slip.
  • Ask your neighbours if they took the package for safe keeping.

Ultimately, we are not responsible for stolen packages. 

We understand that accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged or if there are any issues with the condition of the items, please contact us promptly at storemanager@plantspower.ca with your order number, a description of the defect, and a photograph of the affected items. We review each case individually and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Out-of-Stock

We will notify you if a item you have ordered is out-of-stock.  If we do not receive a response within two business days, your order will be processed for shipment as-is, and any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that we do not backorder out-of-stock items.
