SHIPPING NOTICE: During the national Canada Post strike, all shipments to PO Boxes will be suspended. We will not be shipping with Canada Post during the strike. However, we will continue to use the Canada Post shipping application due to its highly accurate algorithm for calculating shipping costs based on weight and volume. We will select the most suitable courier for your shipment, considering factors such as destination and delivery speed. Currently, we are shipping within Canada using Purolator, and internationally with FedEx and DHL. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email storemanager@plantspower.ca.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. If you wish to return or exchange any items in your order, please contact us within this timeframe. It is important to reach out to us prior to shipping your order back. Delivery date is determined by the date your tracking information indicates it was delivered.

We are able to accept unopened and unused items for return within 15 days of shipment, provided that they retain their original labels and safety seals intact. Once a product has been opened or altered in any way, it cannot be returned. Items that are on sale, sample, or discounted are not eligible for return. All return requests must receive approval from management.

When returning an item, please ensure that it is packaged with the same care as when  it arrived. In the event that the return item arrives to us damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Please be aware that we do not refund shipping costs. The responsibility for return postage lies with you, and we require a tracking number for all returned items.

Once your return arrives to our warehouse and the item has been assessed, you will receive an email notification through our online store indicating that a refund has been issued.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $10.00 or 20%, whichever is greater.
