During the national Canada Post strike, all shipments to PO Boxes will be suspended. We will not be shipping with Canada Post during the strike. However, we will continue to use the Canada Post shipping application due to its highly accurate algorithm for calculating shipping costs based on weight and volume. We will select the most suitable courier for your shipment, considering factors such as destination and delivery speed.     Yes, we ship to all countries that accept imports from Canada. Shipping timelines vary based on location and type of service selected. Online orders only ship with Canada Post to other countries. Bulk orders ship via best method or an agreed upon method with the consignee. Orders and methods of payment will be screened for security purposes.
    Your order number starts with the letters "ES," followed by a 4-digit numerical sequence (e.g., #ES9001). Each order is assigned a unique 4-digit number sequence that is never duplicated or reused. These numbers enable us to efficiently identify your order within our system.     All of our essential oils are 100% pure, natural, and unadulterated. At this time, we do not carry any synthetic oils or fragrance oils.
