SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?
We processes orders on business days during  our hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 10:00am - 5:00pm. Online orders have an average processing time of 1-3 business days. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or stat holidays.

During busier times of the year processing time may be extended to 4 days. We will contact you in the event that your order requires longer than usual processing time.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped on business days during our hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 10:00am - 5:00pm. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or stat holidays.

Do you have a minimum order policy?

Yes, our minimum order is $70.00. We are unable to process orders below our minimum.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made by either credit card or debit-visa.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Your shipping cost is calculated automatically by a postal service app based on product dimensions, weight, and destination.

How can I see the estimated cost of my shipping?
You can view the estimated cost of shipping by:

  • Click on your "shopping cart" icon. Check "yes" to term & conditions. Click on the blue "checkout" button. Are you seeing a blue "quantity warning" button instead? The "checkout" button only appears when the minimum order amount has been reached or surpassed. Increase the amount of your order to or above $70, then proceed to checkout.
  • Now you are on the information page. Fill in all the required fields. Click on the black "continue to shipping" button.
  • You are now on the shipping page. This page will provide you with a list of available shipping methods, shipping costs for each method, as well as a breakdown to all costs related to you purchase.
  • Ready to check out? Click on the black "proceed to payment" button. Not ready to check out? Simply click on the word "cart" located just below the Plant's Power e-Store header to return to shopping.

Where will my order ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we ship to all countries that accept imports from Canada. Shipping timelines vary based on location and type of service selected. Online orders only ship with Canada Post to other countries. Bulk orders ship via best method or an agreed upon method with the consignee. Orders and methods of payment will be screened for security purposes.

PURCHASING/ORDERING QUESTIONS

What is my Order Number? Where can I find it?
Your order number will begin with the letters "ES" followed by a 4-digit number sequence, ex. #ES9001. A unique 4-didgit number sequence is assigned to every order, it is not duplicated, or reused. We use these numbers to quickly identify your order in out system. You will be asked for your order number when inquiring about your order, or when you come to pick up your order in-store.

The order number is easily found in the subject line of your confirmation email.

Can I place an order online for in-store pick up?
Absolutely! During checkout when selecting delivery method, simply select “pick up” as your option. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up. Processing time for in-store pick up is 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

I placed an order online for in-store pick up. When can I pick up my order?
You will receive a email from our e-store once your order is ready. Only after receiving the "ready for pick up" email confirmation should you come to collect your order. The email confirmation will have your order number. Your order number is required to pick up your order. Our hours for in-store pick up are: Monday to Friday 10:00am - 4:30pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, and statutory holidays.

I need additional item(s) added to my order. Is it possible to have items added?

If you would like to add to your order after placing it, please email us at storemanager@plantspower.ca, or call during our hours of business at: 416-766-1254. For emails, please put your order number in the subject line. In order to accommodate your request for additional items we need to be contacted as soon as possible. Orders that have additional item(s) added may require another day to process. Depending on the size, weight, and quantity of the item(s) additional shipping fees may apply.

Please note: We are unable to modify orders that have already been shipped.

I need to cancel or modify my order. Who do I contact?
In the event that you must cancel or modify your order please email us at storemanager@plantspower.ca, or call during our hours of business at: 416-766-1254. For emails, please put your order number in the subject line. Please keep in mind that we start processing orders as soon as they are placed. In order to best accommodate your cancellation/modification request we need to be contacted as soon as possible.

Please note: We are unable to cancel or modify orders that have already been shipped. For all cancellations we charge a restocking fee of $10.00 or 20% whichever is a greater amount

Can I purchase from your warehouse in-person?
No, we are unable to accommodate any type of purchase at our warehouse. All purchases must be processed through our website. In order to ensure quality our products are packaged per order, we do not have prepackage product. We do not have ready-to-go items at our warehouse.

Do you have a retail store, or showroom?
No, we do not have a retail section or showroom at our warehouse.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

How do you ensure quality?
We only work with trusted suppliers that have gained confidence within the industry. We vet each ingredient by assessing samples before acquiring a batch.

Are any of your products tested on animals? Do your products meet Leaping Bunny standards?
No current product is tested on animals. We do not carry out any animal testing, nor do we stock any current products that have been tested on animals. Our products would meet Leaping Bunny certification standards.

Are any of your essential oils synthetic? Do you carry fragrance oils?
All of our essential oils are 100% pure, natural and unadulterated. At this time we do not stock any synthetic oil, or fragrance oil.

All product sample inquiries can be sent to contactus@plantspower.ca. Samples can be provide for a small fee, prices will vary, shipping fees apply.
