Characteristics: Eucalyptus Lemon oil is colourless to pale-yellow with a, with a lemon like overtone and fresh green scent. This is a very similar smell to the crushed leaves.
Properties: Analgesic, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, antiseptic, antiviral, astringent, anti-fungal, deodorant, depurative, diuretic, expectorant, hypoglycaemic, stimulant, vulnerary.
Main Constituents: Citronellal, Citronellol, Isopulegol
Uses: The unrefined oil is mainly used in perfumery. While the refined oil is used in mosquito repellent products.
