Uses: It has calming and grounding properties, which make it a great aid for insomnia, anxiety, and stress. It can also be used for muscular spasms as well as immediate relief from gout and rheumatic pains.
Blends well with: Lavender, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Pine, Rosemary.
