Description: Wild carrot is an annual herbaceous plant with branched stems, hairy leaves and umbels of tiny white flowers. The plant is native to Europe, Asia and North Africa but has been naturalised in North America.
Characteristics: Amber to light orange in colour with a slight sweet scent resembling carrots.
Uses: Packed with vitamins and minerals, carrot macerated oil is used in products to help keep your skin firm and reduce wrinkles. It can also be used in bronzing oils to help illuminate your complexion and heal your skin after exposure to UVs.
Safety: Non-toxic, non-irritant, non sensitizing. Avoid during pregnancy
